Ken Gaglione
Chairman of the Board,
President &
Chief Executive Officer
Ken Gaglione has been a Director of the Company and has also served as the Company’s Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer since November 2025. As Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer, Ken is responsible for leading Hudson Technologies’ overall strategy, operations and long-term growth. He previously served as Vice President – Operations of the Company from September 2020 through December 2023.
Following his departure from the Company, Mr. Gaglione served as a consultant to a leading European private equity firm evaluating opportunities in the refrigerant and HVAC industry, and he also provided consulting services to Hudson Technologies. Prior to that, he held several leadership roles at Honeywell International, including Global Marketing Director for aftermarket refrigerants, along with senior business and marketing positions across the company’s Fluorine Products division. Before joining Honeywell, Mr. Gaglione held marketing and product leadership roles with Rohm and Haas’ Electronic Materials division and Ciba-Geigy’s Photopolymers division. Mr. Gaglione received a B.S. in Chemistry from the State University of New York and an MBA in Marketing from the University of California, Irvine.
Jeff Feeler
Director
Mr. Feeler has been a Director of the Company since April 2026. He currently serves as Principal of On Point Consulting Solutions, LLC, where he advises investors and boards of directors on strategy and transaction-related issues. He also currently serves as a director of Tetra Tech, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTEK) and two privately-held companies in the environmental sector.
From 2013 to 2022, Mr. Feeler served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of US Ecology, Inc. (NASDAQ: ECOL), a Nasdaq-listed environmental services company focused on industrial waste treatment, disposal, recycling and related industrial and emergency response services. He joined US Ecology in 2006 and held progressively senior roles, including CFO, COO, and President.
Prior thereto, Mr. Feeler worked in financial management positions at MWI Veterinary Supply, Inc., Albertsons Companies, Inc. and Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company. He began his career as an auditor with Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP. Mr. Feeler has over 30 years of experience as a business and finance leader, including over 20 years of experience in the waste treatment, disposal and recycling industries.
Nicole Bulgarino
Director
Nicole Bulgarino has been a Director of the Company since October 2022. Ms. Bulgarino currently serves as President – Federal Solutions and Utility Infrastructure of Ameresco, Inc. (NYSE: AMRC), a leading energy efficiency and energy infrastructure company, where she has served in a variety of increasingly senior positions since joining its predecessor company in 1998.
She previously worked as a Lead Process Engineer at Raytheon Engineers & Constructors from 1994-1998. Ms. Bulgarino brings over 25 years of experience in developing, designing and implementing energy infrastructure projects and plays a key role in strategic planning and growth.
Alan Sheriff
Director
Alan Sheriff is a strategic and analytical senior business executive with a proven track record of executive leadership across the financial services industry. Mr. Sheriff currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Catalyst Capital Markets. Most recently, he was Vice Chairman of the Corporate & Institutional Bank of PNC Financial Services Group, the sixth largest bank in the United States. Mr. Sheriff has more than forty years of comprehensive buy and sell-side finance experience spanning investment banking, capital raising, private and public equities, M&A and venture capital investing.Mr. Sheriff co-founded Solebury Capital in 2005 and served as its Co-Chief Executive Officer from 2005 until he retired in 2020.
Under his guidance and leadership, Solebury Capital became the premier independent equity capital markets advisory firm, known for bringing deep product expertise, market knowledge and unbiased advice to its clients. Solebury Capital has worked on more than 1,100 equity transactions totaling more than ~$500 billion of IPO, follow-on, and block trade issuance, representing a higher market share than any investment bank. Solebury was sold to PNC Bank in 2014.
Mr. Sheriff also served as a co-founder of a successful SPAC franchise, Tailwind I, II, and International, where he raised over $1bn and was responsible for developing comprehensive financing structures for 3 prospective SPAC mergers, 2 of which successfully closed. He currently serves on the Board of Tailwind 2.0. Prior to founding Solebury Capital, Mr. Sheriff held several senior-level positions at Credit Suisse First Boston, including serving as Co-Head of Equity Capital Markets for the Americas from 1999 to 2005. Mr. Sheriff graduated from the University of Rochester in 1981 with a B.A. in Political Science, Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa. He also received an MPA from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. He has been a member of The Council on Foreign Relations since 1999. Mr. Sheriff serves on the nonprofit Boards of the Travis Manion Foundation and the Telfair Museums.
Loan Mansy
Director
Loan Mansy has been a Director of the Company since October 2022. Ms. Mansy currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Centerline Communications, LLC, a private equity-backed company providing full-service solutions for wireless, wireline, and critical infrastructure clients.
Previously she served as President of Sales & Service at Clean Harbors, Inc., a leading environmental services company, from 2019 to 2023. Before that, from 2017 to 2019, she served as Area President of Republic Services, Inc., a leading provider of solid waste management and environmental services.
Prior thereto, Ms. Mansy worked in managerial positions at Akzo Nobel N.V., Eastman Chemical Company, Solutia Inc., and Monsanto Chemical Co. She has over 30 years of experience as a business leader in the chemical and environmental service industries.
Richard Parrillo
Director
Mr. Parrillo has been a Director of the Company since September 2014. Mr. Parrillo has, since 2007, been the Managing Member and principal of Tank Wash USA, LLC, an industrial tank cleaning and inspection company. Between 2000 and 2007, Mr. Parrillo was the Managing Member of Brite Clean, LLC.
Between 1999 and 2007, Mr. Parrillo was the Managing Member of Matlack Leasing Corporation, and he served as Vice President of Matlack Leasing Corporation, a subsidiary of Matlack Systems, Inc.from 1995 to 1999. From 1990 to 1995, Mr. Parrillo served as North American Sales Manager for Eurotainer USA, Inc. Mr. Parrillo also served as Sales/Operations Manager for SSM Coal North America, Inc., from 1984 to 1990, and worked at Rentco Division of Fruehauf Corp.
Eric A. Prouty
Director
Mr Prouty has been a Director of the Company since September 2014. Mr. Prouty has, since January 2012, been an independent consultant providing business development consulting services and has provided such services to Hudson at various times since May 2012. From March 2006 through November 2011, Mr. Prouty served as an equity research analyst for Canaccord Genuity, formerly known as Canaccord Adams, a global investment banking firm.
Between February 2001 and March 2006 Mr. Prouty served as an equity research analyst for Adams Harkness. While at Adams Harkness, Mr. Prouty served on the firm’s Board of Directors from 2004 until in early 2006 and also served as Director of Research from 2004 until 2007.
Between March 2000 and February 2001, Mr. Prouty served as an equity research analyst for the investment banking firm of Robertson Stephens. From November 1996 through March 2000, Mr. Prouty served as an equity research analyst for the investment banking firm of First Albany. Between June 1992 and November 1996, Mr. Prouty served as an equity research associate at State Street Research and Management.
