Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer
Ken Gaglione has been a Director of the Company and has also served as the Company’s Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer since November 2025. As Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer, Ken is responsible for leading Hudson Technologies’ overall strategy, operations and long-term growth. He previously served as Vice President – Operations of the Company from September 2020 through December 2023.
Following his departure from the Company, Mr. Gaglione served as a consultant to a leading European private equity firm evaluating opportunities in the refrigerant and HVAC industry, and he also provided consulting services to Hudson Technologies. Prior to that, he held several leadership roles at Honeywell International, including Global Marketing Director for aftermarket refrigerants, along with senior business and marketing positions across the company’s Fluorine Products division. Before joining Honeywell, Mr. Gaglione held marketing and product leadership roles with Rohm and Haas’ Electronic Materials division and Ciba-Geigy’s Photopolymers division. Mr. Gaglione received a B.S. in Chemistry from the State University of New York and an MBA in Marketing from the University of California, Irvine.
Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Brian serves as the company's main financial spokesperson and is responsible for financial management, strategic guidance and risk management across all of Hudson Technologies operations. Brian Bertaux has been Chief Financial Officer since August 2024. Mr. Bertaux is a seasoned finance executive with 20 years of experience at Trex, an NYSE-traded company that is the world’s largest manufacturer of high performance, low maintenance composite decking and railing.
At Trex he served in roles of increasing responsibility, from Senior Director, Finance and Strategy to interim President, Trex Commercial Products. More recently, Mr. Bertaux served as Vice President, Finance for vonDrehle Corporation, a provider of premium paper products, which was acquired by Marcal Paper in December 2022. He joins Hudson from Brown Haven Homes, a designer and builder of custom homes in the southeast, where he served as Chief Financial Officer. Brian earned a B.S., Finance and Accounting from Frostburg State University and an MBA from the University of Maryland. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing
As Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing Kate is responsible for leading Business Development, Strategic Planning, Marketing and Sales across all of Hudson Technologies operations. Kate has been a Director of the Company since October 2023. She joined Hudson Technologies in 2014 as Director of Marketing, was appointed to her current role as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2023 and was named an executive officer of the Company in 2020. Ms. Houghton has over 30 years of experience within industrial manufacturing companies.
Her previous roles include 16 years with Kidde-Fenwal/United Technologies, with experience as Director of Marketing, Global Suppression, Vice President of Marketing at C&M Corporation and Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Safety Hi-Tech USA. Ms. Houghton holds an MBA from Boston University as well as a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from Monash University in Australia. In 2023 Ms. Houghton was recognized as a Top Women in HVAC for her contribution to the HVAC industry.
Marcos Pustilnik
Vice President of Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Marcos is responsible for all functions related to Safety, Quality / Lab, Continuous Improvement, Engineering, Plant Management, Reclaim Production and Field Services across all of Hudson Technologies operations.
Marcos has held roles as VP / Director of Operations, and General Manager in industries such as HVAC Controls / Services with JCI and Schnider Electric for 9 years, Engineered Transmission Line Tower manufacturing with Valmont & Sabre Industries for 10 years, and engagements with Operational Excellence (Lean Manufacturing) Consulting in diverse industrial manufacturing environments. Pustilnik holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Ole Miss and an MBA from University of Saint Thomas in Houston, TX.
Robert Stoody
Senior Vice President of Operations
As Vice President of Supply Chain at Hudson Technologies, Rob oversees all functions related to supply, production, and distribution, providing both strategic direction and operational leadership.
Rob joined Hudson in January 2015 through an acquisition and brings more than 20 years of experience managing the supply of compressed industrial and specialty gases, refrigerants, cylinders, and related products. Rob was named an executive officer of the Company in 2026. Previously, Rob held the role of Vice President of the Military & Gases Division, responsible for the development, award, and successful execution of Department of Defense contracts—including a $500 million 10-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Firm Fixed Price supporting US Military and Federal Agencies worldwide. Under Rob’s leadership, Hudson has successfully filled more than 60,000 orders achieving a 99% on-time delivery rate and concurrently earning Exceptional ratings across all evaluation areas of the Contractor Performance Assessment Report.
Kirk Reimer
Vice President of Sales
As Vice President of Sales, Kirk is responsible for Sales and Customer Service across all of Hudson Technologies verticals, products, and services.
Kirk led a diverse and talented team of marketers, sales, and estimators with responsibility for driving the Binsky strategy to its key verticals. Prior to joining Binsky, Kirk worked at DEWALT for 24 years; holding roles in sales, marketing, product development, brand, and mergers and acquisitions. During Kirk’s last role at DEWALT, he had national responsibility for the sales team directly aligned DEWALT’s end user strategy including the MCAA, NECA, and SMACNA associations among other responsibilities. While at DEWALT, Kirk was recognized as an Eagle Award Winner, an award bestowed upon the top 1% of employees based on contributions to the business.
Ruth Ivory-Moore
Senior Director of Governance
Ruth joined Hudson Technologies in July 2023 as Director of Government Affairs and later became Senior Director of Governance. She leads strategic governance and compliance for Hudson's growth organization. Her responsibilities include advocacy, branding, regulatory compliance, safety, mergers and acquisitions, and legal guidance to support business growth.
Ruth brings extensive leadership experience in governance, legal, compliance, and government relations across private and nonprofit sectors. She excels in strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and risk oversight while fostering cross-disciplinary alignment. Ruth holds a B.S. in chemical engineering from Howard University, an M.S. in chemical engineering from Ohio State University, and a JD from Rutgers University.
Alison McKeon
Director of Human Resources
Alison joined Hudson Technologies in November 2025 as Director of Human Resources and is responsible for all aspects of human resources, including benefits administration, compensation, compliance, employee relations, performance management and talent acquisition. She is focused on strengthening the strategic partnership between human resources and the business.
With extensive HR leadership experience in the manufacturing industry, Alison brings a proven ability to develop high-performing teams and cultivate a strong organizational culture. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ramapo College and maintains a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
Mosey Parsa
Vice President of Operations
Mosey Parsa has served as Vice President of Operations at Hudson Technologies since January 2026, overseeing production, operations, inventory management, quality, and operational excellence initiatives across the Company’s facilities. Mr. Parsa is responsible for driving operational performance, supporting strategic growth initiatives, improving efficiency and quality systems, and leading the implementation of scalable processes and technologies throughout the organization.
He joined Hudson Technologies in 2014 and has held several leadership positions within the Company, including Director of Plant Operations, Engineering Manager, and Plant Manager. Prior to his current role, Mr. Parsa led multiple operational improvement and automation initiatives focused on production efficiency, safety performance, refrigerant reclamation growth, and inventory optimization.He has extensive experience in manufacturing operations, engineering management, and continuous improvement within the refrigerant and environmental services industries. Mr. Parsa received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master’s degree in engineering management.
Cesar Alonso Gonzalez
Vice President of Supply Chain
Cesar Alonso Gonzalez serves as Vice President, Supply Chain at Hudson Technologies, where he is responsible for overseeing the company’s supply chain strategy, planning, procurement, inventory management, and logistics. Mr. Alonso previously served as Hudson’s Supply Chain Director from 2021 to 2024, helping lead key initiatives focused on operational efficiency, process improvement, and scalable growth across the organization.
Prior to rejoining Hudson Technologies, Mr. Alonso held senior supply chain and demand planning roles at Honeywell, supporting global operations within the company’s Advanced Materials business, as well as FMC Corporation. Throughout his career, he has specialized in supply chain transformation, integrated business planning, and operational strategy. Mr. Alonso holds an MBA and brings extensive leadership experience across planning, operations, and supply chain management.
