Kevin J. Zugibe, P.E. was the founder of Hudson Technologies, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer from inception in 1991 to 2020.
Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer
Brian Coleman has been Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer since June 2020. Prior to that he was President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company from August, 2001 to May 2020 and served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company from May 1997 until December 2002. From June 1987 to May 1997, Mr. Coleman was employed by, and from July 1995 to May 1997, was a partner with BDO Seidman, LLP, the Company’s independent auditors.
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Nat Krishnamurti joined the Company in September 2016 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Krishnamurti has over two decades of experience in accounting, finance and operations in various industries within the public and private sectors, including PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he specialized in consumer and industrial products clients, and inVentiv Heath, Inc., a publicly-traded healthcare services company, where he spent 11 years holding positions of increased responsibility, including Chief Accounting Officer. Subsequently, Mr. Krishnamurti also served as Chief Financial Officer of two smaller, publicly traded companies, Applied Minerals, Inc. and most recently at Interpace Diagnostics Group, Inc.
Vice President – Sales and Marketing
Kate Houghton has been Vice President, Sales and Marketing since May 2019 and joined the company in November 2014 as Director of Marketing. She has over 25 years of marketing experience within industrial manufacturing companies. Her previous roles include 16 years with Kidde-Fenwal/United Technologies, including Director of Marketing Global Suppression. Other prior positions include Vice President, Marketing at C&M Corporation and Vice President, Sales & Marketing at Safety Hi-Tech USA. Ms. Houghton holds an MBA from Boston University as well as a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) from Monash University in Australia.
Vice President – Military and Gases
Rob Stoody joined the Company in January 2015 via acquisition of Compressed Cylinder Services, Inc. Mr. Stoody has over 20 years of experience in the management and supply of industrial, specialty and refrigerant gases to the US Military and various Federal Agencies.
