HFC refrigerants nationwide and provide empty
recovery cylinders.

The buy-back program guidelines are as
follows: |

Refrigerant will only be accepted in DOT
approved containers |
|
|
Empty recovery cylinders can be provided
if required |
|
|
All freight arrangements will be made by
Hudson Technologies |
|
|
Cylinders or drums must be at least 50%
full, but cannot exceed 80% of cylinder or
drum capacity |
|
|
Oil and contaminants must not exceed 30% |
|
|
Refrigerant that is more than 0.5% mixed
may be accepted at reduced value or no
value, or for disposal. Mixed refrigerant
purchases are individually negotiated |
|
|
If incoming refrigerant does not meet the
contract requirements, you will be
notified as soon as the test results have
been confirmed |
|
|
Payment is based on the net amount of
refrigerant, after removal of contaminants
and oil |
|
|
Payment is made 30 days after receipt of
refrigerant and final test results |
Hudson
Technologies can provide prompt payment for
Buy-Back program participants by issuing a
check for the net amount of refrigerant
purchased, or issuing an immediate credit to
the customer's Hudson account.
