Over the past three years, Hudson Technologies
has done more than 2,100 refrigerant side
service jobs, such as chiller
decontaminations, and we are experiencing
dramatic growth. This growth has come from and
continues to come from our work directly with
end-user customers, OEMs, and independent HVAC
contractors all across the county.

We employ some eight full time engineers and
chemists who work in collaboration with our
field sales account executives and technicians
to figure out the best-customized solutions
for specific problems. This includes both
online and offline solutions as well as a
hybrid of the two. We also develop
chemistry-based solutions to tackle situations
that are unique to certain customers.
Our proprietary equipment and processes also
set us apart. In fact, Hudson Technologies
holds six equipment and six process patents or

To ensure that we maintain our refrigerant
side expert leadership position, Hudson
continuously studies refrigerants and their
impact on systems. We spend at least 10
percent of our annual revenues on researching
and developing solutions relating to handling
refrigerant decontamination and performance
optimization.
Through our business partnership with DuPont,
we have and continue to collaborate on
research into the impact of refrigerants on
equipment operation and performance. This
includes working directly with DuPont's lead
refrigerant engineer Earle Clarke, P.E., who is the
definitive expert on refrigerants the world
over.
