HUDSON
TECHNOLOGIES EXTENDS
RECLAMATION CONTRACT WITH DUPONT
PEARL RIVER, N.Y. – May 3,
2004 – Hudson Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq: HDSNC),
today announced it has extended its reclamation
contract with DuPont Fluoroproducts, the nation’s leading provider
of refrigerant products, through February 2006.
Commenting on
the contract, Kevin J. Zugibe, chairman and chief executive officer,
stated, “Our relationship with DuPont began in early 1997, when we
first entered into a contract to perform reclamation of used
chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) and hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC)
refrigerants for the DuPont Authorized Distributor Network, making
DuPont one of our larger customers.
“The extension
of this contract is a big win for Hudson. We are very pleased that,
after a rigorous competitive bidding process, DuPont again selected
Hudson to perform this valuable service for its Authorized
Distributor Network. We believe that Hudson’s leading-edge
technology and capabilities enable us to provide DuPont with the
best refrigerant reclamation services available in the industry. We
look forward to the continuation of our relationship with this
world-class company.”
